Appointments can be scheduled online or directly with Alchemy Massage & Wellness. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to settle in and ensure you receive your full scheduled session.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This policy helps respect the therapist’s time and allows availability for other clients.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client.
Arriving on time ensures you receive the full benefit of your session.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you have any medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Alchemy Massage & Yoga reserves the right to refuse service if a condition is deemed unsafe or outside the scope of practice.
Alchemy Massage & Wellness maintains a professional and respectful environment at all times.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.
All services are non-refundable once completed.
If you have any concerns about your session, please communicate them promptly so they can be addressed.
